Birthday parties are 1½ hours in duration. The children first participate in one hour of fully structured and supervised gym time. They will then proceed to the lounge area where they enjoy refreshments provided by you, the parent.  You also provide all necessary paper products (Ie: napkins, plates, cups, etc.)  The lounge portion of the party is supervised by you, the parent, and is 30 minutes in length.  At the end of the party, we will come in and assist you in a clean-up of the lounge.

Bookings are available on Sundays from 3:00 to 4:30pm.  Special bookings are available on school holidays.  All bookings must be guaranteed with a $75.00 non-refundable deposit within one week of booking.  The balance is payable on the day of the party.  The only methods of payment accepted are cash or cheque.  Parties are $150.00 for the facility rental + $3.00 per child.  Our maximum varies depending on the age of the birthday child:  4 Year Olds - 25 kids; 5 & Up -; 30 Kids.  Parties are for birthday children aged 4 and up, although kids aged 3 and over may participate.  Children under the age of three are not permitted in the gymnasium, but may stay supervised in the lounge.

Parents are welcome to attend the party, but please make everyone aware that no food or drinks will be allowed in the gym, and that all shoes must be removed before entering the gym.  For insurance reasons, parents may not go on the equipment.

Please ensure that children will be picked up promptly at the end of the party.  We want to ensure that the next party is given adequate time to set up.
