Birthday parties are 1½ hours in duration. The children first participate in one hour of fully structured and supervised gym time. They will then proceed to the lounge area where they enjoy refreshments provided by you, the parent.  You also provide all necessary paper products (Ie: napkins, plates, cups, etc.)  The lounge portion of the party is supervised by you, the parent, and is 30 minutes in length.  At the end of the party, we will come in and assist you in a clean-up of the room.

Bookings are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:15 - 2:45 & 3:30-5:00. All bookings must be guaranteed with a $75.00 non-refundable deposit within one week of booking, with the balance due one week before the party.  We accept either cash or etransfer as payment.  Parties are $300.00, and include up to 15 children, then $10 per extra child up to 25. We will require a confirmed number of guests one week before the party. 

 

Parties are for a birthday child turning 5+ years old. Guests aged 3 and over may participate.  All guests that are participating must be able to participate on their own without parental accompaniment, and be able to stay with the group to which they are assigned. Children under the age of three are not permitted in the gym, but are welcome in the viewing area.

Parents of your guests are welcome to stay in the viewing area during your party, but please note that they will not be allowed in the gym.

In order to ensure that staff are given adequate time and opportunity to clean up, please ensure that your guests are picked up promptly at the end of the party. Please note that parties are booked while classes are running, and that the gym will be shared space during your birthday party.
